You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, users, or legal rights.
You may contact us through our website, email, telephone, or other available communication channels to request information or a consultation.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a free consultation does not automatically establish a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project.
We may request additional information about your business, goals, advertising accounts, website, or project requirements before determining whether we can provide the requested services.
Before or during a paid engagement, we may agree on the scope of work, pricing, payment arrangements, delivery schedule, and other project-specific requirements.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
Supply the access, permissions, materials, and approvals reasonably necessary to perform the services.
Ensure they have the legal right to use all content, images, trademarks, and materials provided to us.
Maintain ownership and responsibility for their business and advertising accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Review deliverables and provide feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies.
Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, restricted access, or other client-side issues may affect project timelines and delivery.
The fees, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods for paid services will be communicated in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, hosting fees, domain registration, software licenses, and other external costs are separate from our service fees unless explicitly included.
We may suspend work on overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice, where appropriate.
Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or other charges will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms are separate from our management fees unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Clients are responsible for authorizing and funding their advertising accounts and for reviewing campaign budgets, billing arrangements, and platform charges.
We are not responsible for third-party fees, platform billing decisions, account charges, or changes to advertising costs imposed by external providers.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors, including competition, budget, market demand, website quality, advertising policies, algorithms, customer behavior, and other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising approvals, leads, sales, traffic levels, revenue, conversions, return on investment, or business growth unless a specific commitment is expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or performance figures presented on our website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results for every client.
We may assist clients with investigating advertising account suspensions, preparing appeals, reviewing policy compliance, and addressing issues identified by Google.
However, Google independently determines whether an account or advertisement complies with its policies and whether a suspension will be lifted.
We do not guarantee account reinstatement, appeal approval, advertisement approval, or a particular resolution timeframe.
Clients must provide truthful information and maintain compliance with applicable Google Ads policies. We will not knowingly assist with fraudulent appeals, deceptive practices, or attempts to circumvent platform enforcement.
For website development projects, the deliverables, project milestones, revision limits, ownership arrangements, and handover requirements may be specified in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate website content and confirming that they have the rights to use it.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, security monitoring, and technical support are not included unless expressly agreed.
Project timelines may change due to client feedback, additional requests, technical limitations, or third-party dependencies.
Ownership and transfer of custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and any relevant third-party licenses.
All original website content, text, graphics, branding, design elements, and other materials owned by Repair Marketing Solutions are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our protected materials without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Clients retain rights to materials they own and provide to us. Any rights in custom work created for a client will be determined by the applicable written agreement.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising tools, website hosting providers, and other external services.
Your use of those platforms may be subject to separate terms, policies, fees, and privacy practices.
We do not control third-party platform availability, algorithm changes, account decisions, policy enforcement, or service interruptions. We are not responsible for changes or actions taken by third parties, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
References to third-party brands or trademarks do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information received in connection with our services and will use it for legitimate business purposes related to the engagement, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Clients should provide only the account access and information necessary for the agreed work and should avoid sharing passwords or sensitive credentials through insecure channels.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
The cancellation, termination, and refund terms for a paid project or ongoing service may be set out in a separate written agreement.
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. Where no specific termination terms have been agreed, the parties should communicate in writing to establish a reasonable process for ending the engagement.
Fees for work already completed, approved expenses, committed third-party costs, and any applicable refunds will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that apply to a particular transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Repair Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of our website or services.
We do not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Any additional liability limitations applicable to a paid engagement may be set out in a separate written agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website or services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded or transferred.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, content, or service offerings when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the relevant business relationship, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
The appropriate jurisdiction for disputes may depend on our business location, the applicable service agreement, and relevant law. Any specific governing law and dispute resolution arrangements should be confirmed in a written agreement where appropriate.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permitted.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable written service agreement, proposal, quotation, and referenced policies, govern your use of our website and services.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions regarding a specific paid engagement, the terms of the signed agreement will control to the extent stated in that agreement and permitted by law.
